I am working with a firm of over 60 staff that is seeking a hands-on Sales Director to lead their 20-person sales operation in London. They currently generate a turnover of over £20m, with the top biller in 2024 earning £1.2m.

You will oversee 15 sales staff in London and coordinate with sales leaders in Munich, Germany. The team includes a 20-strong delivery unit based in Leicester, which handles large SOW projects and business transformations.

The company's vision is to continue delivering large-scale retained transformation projects across Europe. They need a leader to drive growth, uphold standards, and motivate high performers across the organization.

They prefer someone focused on training and leadership—someone who can foster standards and secure buy-in from top performers. The operational and back-office functions are largely managed, so if you're eager to be more hands-on with sales activities rather than working in an office environment, this could be a good fit.
