Job Description:

Mploy Staffing Solutions has an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer / Key Account Manager to join our well-established Poole head office.

This key role involves managing key accounts, sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies, meeting and registering candidates, preparing CVs, handling customer inquiries, writing and posting job adverts, and performing administrative tasks. Good IT and organisational skills are essential.

Applicants with office-based customer service or sales experience who can build strong relationships, manage time effectively, and prioritize workloads are encouraged to apply. Previous recruitment experience is advantageous.

The role requires regular visits to client sites, sometimes in remote locations. Applicants must have a valid driving license and own transport. Free on-site parking is available, and business mileage is covered.

The position offers a competitive salary plus bonuses based on branch performance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm.
