KPI Recruiting is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and support us in the Driving sector, based at our Stoke Office.

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Day-to-day duties include:

• Managing applications from job boards
• Finding candidates via social media and job boards
• Answering and transferring phone calls
• Arranging face-to-face registrations and emailing registration forms
• Ensuring compliance
• Organizing office diary and paperwork
• Candidate pipelining using online recruitment tools
• Supporting social media activities
• Performing administrative duties as required
