The Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants by identifying and engaging top talent across our core US markets. This is a great opportunity for someone methodical, people-focused, and eager to develop their recruitment knowledge and career without the pressure of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and updating the CRM with candidate activity
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Assisting with market mapping and competitor research
• Maintaining regular candidate engagement and relationship-building
• Supporting consultants with interview coordination and follow-ups

The Candidate

• Organised, focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Flexible and willing to learn about niche recruitment markets
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using online tools and social platforms
• Some experience in recruitment, telesales or resourcing is preferred.
• Confidence interacting with people of all levels, from individuals selling Plant attachments or software through to Partners, Presidents and CEOs.
