Due to continued growth within Logistex, we are looking for a FTC 3 - 6 month Resourcer to join our Recruiter in finding great talent like you!

This role is a hybrid role, travel to Kettering office will be around 1/2 days a week!

What is your focus as a Candidate Resourcer?

You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for a wide variety of roles across our business. From building strong candidate pipelines to conducting initial screening calls, you will be the first point of contact for many prospective employees.

· Build and maintain talent pools across key disciplines

· Screen candidates via phone, email, video, or face-to-face meetings

· Represent Logistex in a professional and engaging manner

· Support the wider recruitment team with admin and scheduling as required
