The Recruitment Researcher plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing critical talent for the business. They provide both tactical and strategic support to the recruitment team and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Reporting to the manager, they act as a central point of contact for the Recruitment Leads and collaborate with Hiring Managers, Candidates, and other internal departments to develop talent pipelines and communities that support company objectives.
One essential element of the role is to conduct proactive sourcing for open roles, including headhunting and pre-screening to identify outstanding candidates. The other is to build talent pipelines aligned with company strategic goals and create talent communities to ensure the business can secure the talent it needs to meet future objectives.
The Resourcing and Talent team is part of the People Group and is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting key talent for the business. The Core Recruitment team handles hiring for FTC, permanent, and contractor requirements across all business areas, including executive levels. Operating in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and the ability to recognize emerging patterns are critical. Close collaboration with other parts of the People Group, such as Recruitment Marketing, HR Business Partnering, and People Operations, is essential. The team works in a hybrid environment, using Workday as their ATS, with Outlook and Teams for communication.
