The Role

Working with the Global Account Leader(s) and Regional Directors, you will develop and ensure delivery of the quality assurance (QA) roadmap and plan. Using your expertise and insight, you will work to understand challenges, create solutions, and deliver an unparalleled experience for our clients and teams. You will mitigate risk and drive opportunities to enhance operational excellence, to deliver positive outcomes, strengthen our partnerships, and promote ongoing account evolution.

Job location

The role is hybrid, with main location being Manchester and occasional travel to the other Korn Ferry offices and/or client site.

Responsibilities

• Solution effectiveness: Drive the account's QA strategy, partner with account leadership and the client, create and manage QA roadmap, identify opportunities for improvement, design process improvements, and ensure change management plans are in place.
• Capability and insights: Advise on market trends, be a subject matter expert on recruitment systems, lead technology use, and ensure team training.
• Effective controls: Embed governance, analyze compliance metrics, conduct audits, establish root causes, and ensure follow-up actions.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in recruitment delivery management, operations, or project management.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment processes and performance governance.
• Proven project and change management skills.
• Strong learning agility, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Quality certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and SharePoint.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to recruitment.
