We are an outsourcing company with clients across Europe, the USA, and Asia. We are seeking a Recruitment Procurement Specialist - EMEA to join our team and work at our client's office in London. Our client operates a social media platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos, with offices across most EMEA and AMS countries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage procurement activities within the recruitment services category.
  2. Handle purchase requests for recruitment services, execute procurement processes, and maintain organized data records.
  3. Process purchase orders and ensure efficient sourcing requirements handling.
  4. Assist in project bidding, including documentation, report preparation, and coordination.
  5. Conduct market research and data analysis related to staffing services, executive search, and background checks to support procurement decisions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Strong analytical skills, independent thinking, and experience in procurement.
  3. Proficiency in Office software (especially Excel), ERP, and OA systems.
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  5. Quick learner, honest, dependable, responsible, and professional.
  6. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  7. Proficiency in Chinese is required.
