Job Description
As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll be embedded within the recruitment team, delivering high-impact, brand-led direct hiring solutions across permanent, fixed-term and contingent roles.
As Recruitment Partner, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including direct sourcing, screening, selection, and shortlisting of top-tier candidates for Omni’s clients. Your focus will be on aligning the right talent with the right opportunity while maintaining a seamless, professional experience for both candidates and clients.
Success in this role comes from leveraging effective sourcing strategies, delivering consistently high-quality outcomes, and meeting individual and team-based performance targets — all while championing service excellence at every stage of the hiring journey.
