ARU is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to join the ARU Temps team within Employability Services. You will connect students, graduates and external clients with temporary opportunities, supporting workforce needs across the University and with partners.

The role involves managing the full recruitment journey, advertising roles, and maintaining CRM data with a focus on excellent service and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
• Proven recruitment experience and a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of employment legislation including AWR and UKVI compliance.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a professional and responsive recruitment service across ARU Temps.
• Support candidates through the full recruitment journey from enquiry to placement.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external clients to understand staffing needs.
• Advertise vacancies and manage recruitment activity using CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records to support reporting and decision-making.
