A leading care service provider is seeking a Recruitment Manager to drive recruitment efforts and expand their business in Oxfordshire. The role involves managing candidate experiences, conducting interviews, and engaging with the community to attract care staff, ensuring alignment with organizational values and culture.

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be a key part in finding and retaining the right people to support our customers in their own home. We're expanding across Oxfordshire, so you must be prepared to work at a fast pace while upholding our values and culture.
Working both in the field and at our offices in Wallingford, Oxford, and Witney, you will support recruitment and marketing efforts across the region, collaborating with each office team and closely with the managing director and registered manager to source passionate care staff.
You will utilize your local knowledge and be confident in using job boards, recruitment channels, and community events to attract candidates. Additionally, you will work with the Managing Director to develop and implement a marketing and recruitment plan, including campaign management and raising awareness of the company to grow opportunities.
It is essential that you are self-motivated, driven, energetic, and eager to engage in all aspects of our people-focused business, especially within the care sector where understanding what makes a great Care Assistant is crucial.
