Your Opportunity

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be a key part in finding and retaining the right people to support our customers in their own home. We're expanding across Oxfordshire, so you must be prepared to work at a fast pace while upholding our values and culture.

Working both in the field and at our offices in Wallingford, Oxford, and Witney, you will support recruitment and marketing efforts across the region, collaborating with each office team and closely with the managing director and registered manager to source passionate care staff.

You will utilize your local knowledge and be confident in using job boards, recruitment channels, and community events to attract candidates. Additionally, you will work with the Managing Director to develop and implement a marketing and recruitment plan, including campaign management and raising awareness of the company to grow opportunities.

It is essential that you are self-motivated, driven, energetic, and eager to engage in all aspects of our people-focused business, especially within the care sector where understanding what makes a great Care Assistant is crucial.

Key Responsibilities Of Recruitment Manager Include
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Conducting face-to-face and telephone competency-based interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Facilitating bespoke recruitment events across Oxfordshire.
  • Identifying community opportunities to source candidates.
  • Prioritizing campaigns and working with the team to develop tailored solutions for resource challenges.
  • Working with the managing director to develop community engagement and business growth strategies.
  • Drafting annual and quarterly PR, business development, and event plans.
  • Identifying advertising and community partnership opportunities, distributing marketing collateral.
  • Establishing relationships with local media to enhance the company's profile.
  • Organizing feedback and PR events in collaboration with Marketing and Recruitment teams.
  • Building relationships with local charities, GP surgeries, hospital discharge teams, and other stakeholders to promote the Bluebird brand and services.
