Job summary

Reed Bournemouth is seeking a Recruitment Business Manager to lead and grow two established specialisms in Business Support and Accountancy & Finance. You will manage a small team, drive a successful 360 desk, and expand market share across Bournemouth and Dorset while nurturing client relationships.

The role combines leadership with personal billing and offers hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day home) and a competitive package including a car allowance and uncapped bonus.

Reed Bournemouth is looking for a Recruitment Business Manager to lead and grow our successful Business Support and Accountancy & Finance specialisms.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Recruitment Manager seeking a new challenge or a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to step into leadership. You'll inherit established, commercially successful markets with long-standing client relationships, repeat business and significant opportunities for further growth.

Combining leadership responsibilities with your own billing activity, you'll play a key role in driving revenue, developing people and shaping the future success of the Bournemouth office.
