Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment in Bournemouth is seeking a Recruitment Business Manager to lead the Business Support and Accountancy & Finance desk. This role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day from home, and driving is required.

You will run a 360 recruitment desk, manage a small team of consultants, grow market share locally, build strong client relationships and drive performance, quality and profitability while upholding Reed's values.

Bournemouth | Hybrid - 4 days in the office 1 from home (Driving required). Up to £47,000 with car allowance plus uncapped bonus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to step into management, or an established Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful, high‑billing desk.
