Compensation: $80,000 base salary + $20,000-$30,000 bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing a team of three recruiters
• Developing and optimizing recruitment processes, job descriptions, and outreach strategies
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with universities to strengthen talent pipelines
• Managing recruiting budgets for platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Utilizing data and reports to drive recruitment decisions and team accountability
• Creating a high-performing, goal-driven culture within the recruiting team
• Partnering with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• 2+ years of experience leading and holding a recruiting team accountable for metrics
