A leading company in the UK is seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager to help establish their new SEND/Education division. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background specifically within the education recruitment sector. We are currently in the process of setting up a SEND / Education division within our company and are seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager to join us for this exciting journey.
The ideal applicant would have a strong sales background with a good knowledge of the Education Sector of Recruitment.
Full support will be provided in this role, and there are great earnings attached to this role due to our market-leading commission scheme.

The responsibilities of the Education Recruitment Team Leader are detailed below but additional ones may be added during the year:
·Client Generation
·Setup, attend and lead New Business Meetings
·Ensure all client data is inputted on the CRM system
·Send out rate cards
·Continue to improve sales marketing material
·Set up clients for billing purposes
·In some instances, you will be acting as credit control for your new clients
·Carry out new markets, regions or speciality analysis
·Carry out competitor analysis
·Update sales pipelines
·Ensure regular communication with the Registration and Account Management to understand current resources available
·Performance should be in line with company targets
