West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service is recruiting a Recruitment Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract at Fire Service Headquarters, Birkenshaw. The role is hybrid, combining office-based and home working, with a salary of £40,444 to £43,149 per year plus 8% market supplement.

You will lead the recruitment function, shaping inclusive campaigns, workforce planning and data-led reporting to support operational readiness and community representation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruitment in a large organisation.
• Experience in workforce planning and inclusive campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and public sector practices.
