Attega Group Ltd in Portchester is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on resourcing, CV sourcing, and supporting Account Managers with day-to-day role management across the UK.

The package includes a salary up to £31,000 with uncapped commission potential and a line-up of benefits. The ideal candidate will have recruitment delivery or candidate sourcing experience and be confident with Boolean search techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment resourcing, recruitment agency or candidate sourcing roles.
• Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing or M&E sectors is a plus.
• Comfort with Boolean searching and social media sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Take job profiles, understand job descriptions, and advertise vacancies across various job boards.
• Source CVs using social media platforms and Boolean searching to match client needs.
• Review applications and conduct prescreens with candidates.
• Support candidates through CV submission and interview preparation with clients.
• Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews and keep processes moving.
• Attend client meetings (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) and share market insights when possible.
• Conduct 1st stage video interviews for operational and head office roles.
• Attend client sites with Account Manager as needed.
