WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Customer Service Delivery Consultant, you’ll support the Santander ISA Managers (SIM) Delivery team and the wider SIM Investments teams across activities from Operational Support to Change Delivery.

You’ll establish excellent stakeholder relationships and support incident lifecycle management, Operational Production Support, and Change Delivery.

The difference you’ll make
  • Identify, support, and lead incident resolution through established forums and processes, following policies and procedures.
  • Lead and support specific SIM Customer Service work-streams to deliver transformational and BAU projects.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience through effective execution plans aligned with governance processes.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders (internal and third-party) to facilitate the SIM Delivery programme.
  • Create effective communication, proposals, and presentations to inform and persuade.
What you’ll bring
  • Understanding of Investment platforms and end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data, and articulate findings clearly.
  • Right to work in the UK.
It would also be nice for you to have
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Access, SQL).
  • Ability to interpret and document complex processes, define controls, and identify improvements.
  • Self-organization skills to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
What else you need to know

We support flexible working arrangements, including hybrid roles requiring onsite presence 2 days a week in Glasgow.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Glasgow.

Core hours are 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
