Job summary

CDS Labour (Group UK) Ltd in Torpoint is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. You will support daily recruitment operations, coordinate temporary workers, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Ideal candidates are well organised, proactive, with excellent communication, and a full UK driving licence. We offer weekly pay, uncapped commission, a company vehicle and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate temporary workers to meet client needs and ensure smooth delivery of recruitment operations.
• Source, recruit, and onboard temporary workers and maintain staffing levels.
• Manage worker schedules, rotas, transport arrangements, and PPE requirements.
• Provide welfare checks and support to temporary workers and visit client sites.
• Maintain recruitment records to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment, planning and transport functions.
