What to know about the Talent Acquisition Operations team

The TA Ops team supports Dataiku's internal recruiting team to ensure they work proficiently and achieve success.

How you’ll make an impact

You will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to streamline systems, processes, and provide data to support the Talent Acquisition team. You’ll use your solid communication skills to navigate the complexity of competing demands from recruiters, all while ensuring a remarkable experience for candidates.

  • Use our scheduling automation tool, GoodTime, to support the EMEA and APJ recruiters in scheduling advanced-stage interviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Work on the integration and optimisation of talent acquisition tools and systems.
  • Enable the talent acquisition team to use tools and systems.
  • Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience by implementing improvements in communication and engagement strategies.
  • Support the team in coordinating recruitment events, webinars, and other talent-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • At least 3 years of experience in talent operations, talent acquisition, or a similar operations or support-related role
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Great attention to detail and ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency using ATS systems, HR software, and other talent-related tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.

What will make you stand out

  • Experience using Greenhouse, Workday, GoodTime, and BrightHire is highly desirable, with any configuration or implementation experience even better.
  • Any project or change management certification.
  • Proficiency in another language, like French, would be an advantage.
