UKAEA Culham is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 10-month FTC to deliver a smooth, inclusive recruitment experience from vacancy launch through to interview.
You will process recruitment requests, publish high-quality adverts, coordinate pre-screen and panel interviews in the UK and overseas, arrange interview rooms, support candidates, and help with requisitions.

You’ll play an important role in keeping recruitment campaigns moving efficiently and creating a professional candidate experience from vacancy launch through to interview. UKAEA is an onsite organisation, and this role requires regular onsite presence (usually between 3-5 days in any given week) in line with business needs. We actively support flexible working arrangements where this is compatible with the role.
