You’ll manage candidate journeys from application through to onboarding, build strong relationships with candidates and partners, and help ensure we recruit the right people who can change lives.
Location: North East Office, Peterlee

The right people change lives. Come and help us find them.
At Nova Care Group, we don't believe recruitment is about filling vacancies.
It's about finding the right people.
People with the resilience to do extraordinary work.
People who see the person, not the behaviour.
People who can bring compassion, courage and consistency to some of the most challenging moments in a young person's life.
And that's where you come in.
We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Careers Team in the North East and help us find the extraordinary people who make extraordinary things happen every day.
This isn't your typical recruitment admin role. You'll be at the heart of our recruitment activity coordinating assessment days, supporting recruitment events, working alongside our Forces Transition Group partners, engaging with candidates and helping us bring brilliant Support Workers into the Nova family.
You will help make sure the right people are in the right place, at the right time, to change lives.
You’ll be the organisational heartbeat of our North East recruitment activity.
You’ll help us:
And as you grow in confidence and capability, so will your role.
We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow and become brilliant at recruitment.
You’ll work alongside experienced Careers Specialists and the Head of Careers, developing your skills across recruitment, candidate attraction, assessment, events and talent acquisition.
Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility for Support Worker recruitment, candidate sourcing, talent pipelines, employability partnerships and recruitment campaigns.
For the right person, this role can become the first step towards a future Careers Specialist position.
You might already have recruitment or coordination experience.
You might come from events, customer service, administration, HR or another people-focused environment.
What matters most to us is who you are and how you work.
You’ll be:
Because this isn't just another job in recruitment.
You’ll be joining a team whose purpose is to find the people who change lives.
You’ll meet people from all walks of life, discover extraordinary stories and help people find careers they may never have imagined for themselves.
You’ll be part of assessment days where someone's career can change in a single day.
You’ll stand alongside people at job fairs, employability events and Forces Transition Group events, telling them about work that genuinely matters.
And you'll know that every great person you help bring through our doors has the potential to make an extraordinary difference to a young person's life.
