Nova Care Group is recruiting Support Workers in Sunderland to make a meaningful difference for young people in crisis. You’ll use strong people skills to support individuals, with a focus on empathy and resilience, in a rewarding, community-based role.

Requirements for our Support Workers:

We're looking for people who are ready to use their people skills to make a lasting difference in a rewarding new career, whether you've worked in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, you'll be:
