Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment for our care homes across the UK. You’ll receive full training on recruitment processes, posting jobs, onboarding, and ensuring CQC compliance, while joining a welcoming team.

In this role you’ll source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding documents, and liaise with internal teams to meet staffing needs. A driving licence and willingness to travel are required, with hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast-learning attitude with ability to multitask in a busy office.
• Willingness to travel to Exemplar homes across the UK and hold a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruitment Team Lead with full recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Source new candidates and manage a high-volume caseload.
• Attend recruitment events and support resourcing across Exemplar Health Care homes.
• Arrange and assist with interviews and group assessment days.
• Manage onboarding documentation and thoroughly vet candidates.
• Liaise with internal teams and ensure compliance with CQC/Home Office standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment Team.

You’ll report to the Recruitment Team Lead and play a pivotal role in supporting the successful recruitment for our care homes. In this role, you’ll receive full training on all aspects of recruitment, from posting jobs to ensuring CQC compliance. You’ll be part of a welcoming team who’ll support you with ongoing training and guidance., As a Recruitment Coordinator with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll help deliver an effective and efficient recruitment service to meet the staffing needs of our care homes, including roles such as Health Care Assistants, Maintenance Technicians and Cooks. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• assisting the Recruitment Team Lead with the full recruitment and onboarding process
• sourcing new candidates and managing a high-volume caseload
• attending recruitment events and support resourcing activities across all Exemplar Health Care homes
• arranging and assisting with interviews and group assessment days
• managing onboarding documentation and thoroughly vetting candidates
• liaising with internal teams and ensuring compliance with CQC/Home Office standards
• providing general administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
