Volta is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join its embedded RPO team, overseeing coordination of interviews and candidate communications across Europe. You will ensure data accuracy in the ATS and support Talent Partners with briefs and updates.
Work across several countries, manage diary priorities, and help maintain a highly professional candidate experience while benefiting from a flexible working setup and competitive salary.
Volta is the category-defining, fully vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform – from capital to clusters to software, under a founder-led enterprise. Our mission is The Utility of Compute™: AI infrastructure as dependable and available as electricity, for every organization that needs it. Launched with a $10B strategic partnership with one of the leading frontier AI labs, a Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, and a $5B AI Infrastructure Fund, Volta is building the infrastructure layer of the AI era from the ground up. We are 100+ people across London, Palo Alto, and New York, with rapid growth expectations to hundreds.
This role sits within WNTD's embedded RPO team at Volta. The brief is clear: keep the search process running smoothly so the Talent Partners can focus on finding the best data centre delivery talent in Europe for Volta.
Volta's delivery organisation designs, builds and commissions the AI factories behind The Utility of Compute. It spans design and engineering, procurement, construction, project controls and commissioning, and it is growing fast. With searches running across several countries at once, the coordination behind them matters: interviews scheduled quickly, candidates kept informed, data kept accurate and leaders kept up to date.
This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of a busy team. You will work alongside the Talent Partners day to day and be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the gaps.
You will join WNTD's specialist embedded RPO team and work at the heart of Volta's European development programme, with direct exposure to the leaders building it.
Benefits and employment terms will be provided by WNTD and may vary depending on the country of employment.
