About the Position

Position title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE - initial training in London, UK, with relocation supported by us.

Salary: Competitive + industry-leading, uncapped commission of up to 60%. Expect first-year earnings of £50k-£60k.

Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing: Headhunting for executives and specialists, screening calls, managing end-to-end recruitment, organizing interviews, providing feedback, and supporting offer negotiations.
2. Business Development: Using various methods to attract new clients, develop existing relationships, and build market presence.

Recruitment roles may require occasional outside-hours work; the more effort you put in, the greater your rewards.
