What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a warm desk focused on the Lloyd’s of London / specialist insurance market – likely in Claims or Underwriting
• Building and managing long-term relationships with insurers, syndicates, MGAs, and brokers
• Developing new business with your own trusted network and incoming leads
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from briefing to offer
• Working independently with freedom, but never alone – support is always there when needed
• Offering credible market insight to clients and candidates alike

What We’re Looking For

• 360 recruitment experience within the Lloyd’s or London Market insurance space
• Confidence in business development, especially within specialist claims or underwriting roles
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and candidates
• Naturally organised, detail-focused, and able to manage your own desk
• Someone who thrives in a small, collaborative, non-corporate environment
