Barrington James seeks a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Horsham HQ on-site, Monday–Friday. You will build relationships with Life Sciences clients and place high-calibre candidates across HealthTech sectors, from large corporates to dynamic startups.

Training is world-class and earning potential is strong in a fast-paced, supportive team. We welcome graduates or candidates with sales experience who are driven, coachable and target-focused.

Specifically, I am building our capabilities within the HealthTech space - a high growth industry encompassing Digital Health, Scientific Software and Software as a Medical Device. This person will be focused on building relationships with and placing high impact technical professionals, leader and individual contributors and HealthTech business from large established corporations through to dynamic, scaling start up businesses.

We’re an internationally recognised Life Science and Pharmaceutical recruitment business with over 200 employees in 10 offices worldwide. This is your chance to join a fast-growing industry, learn from the best, and build a career with no limits.

I’m looking to build this team focussing on both the European and the US markets so we have options for morning people (starting at 0800) and for night owls (starting at 1200).

Note: This is a fully on site Mon-Fri role at our global HQ located in Horsham, West Sussex (5 minute walk from Horsham train station. Parking provided if driving).

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

• Find and engage niche, high-calibre candidates within the Life Sciences sector, specifically within the HealthTech space.
• Connect with new and existing clients to uncover fresh hiring opportunities
• Understand client needs in detail and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and stay close to market demand
• Run the full recruitment process from CV shortlisting and phone screens to interviews and registration
• Fill roles efficiently and meet agreed timelines
• Build a strong, responsive candidate pipeline to stay ahead of client requirements
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates through high-quality communication and service
