Currently, due to company growth, we are seeking a Consultant to join our DACH team in London.

The role involves networking with mid to senior-level professionals to place them with renewable energy clients across the DACH region.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and headhunting mid to senior-level candidates across Europe, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Conducting market research and candidate mapping.
• Discussing candidate needs and advising on opportunities.
• Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating candidate shortlists.
• Briefing candidates on roles, salaries, and benefits.
• Preparing candidates for interviews and providing feedback.
• Negotiating salaries and finalizing placements.
• Attending industry conferences and events to stay updated on market and renewable energy industry developments.

What we are looking for:

• 6-12 months recruitment experience (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Keen interest in Green Energy sector.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Fluency in German (written and verbal).
