Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd in Manchester is expanding its European Workforce Solutions team and seeks a Spanish or Portuguese-speaking Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager. You will support international recruitment activity across Spain, Portugal and wider Europe, working with clients, candidates and local suppliers.

This role blends recruitment, relationship management and international workforce coordination.

At Adepto Technical Recruitment, we're expanding our European Workforce Solutions team and looking for a Spanish or Portuguese-speaking Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager.

You'll support international recruitment activity across Spain, Portugal and wider European markets, working with clients, candidates and local recruitment suppliers.

This is a varied position combining recruitment, relationship management and international workforce coordination.

We're interested in hearing from experienced recruiters, but also individuals with strong language skills and backgrounds in sales, customer service or account management who would like to develop a career in international recruitment.

What you'll be doing

• Managing recruitment requirements for clients across Spain, Portugal and Europe.
• Sourcing candidates for manufacturing, engineering, production and technical positions.
• Speaking with candidates and suppliers in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

What we're looking for

Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese would be particularly advantageous, but is not essential.
