As a successful applicant, you will join a fast-paced team working in a competitive yet dynamic aviation recruitment environment where you will see the positive impact of your work each day!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work on roles across a broad range of niche requirements including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, C-level executives, and other aviation workers. There is clear progression to becoming an industry sector specialist, aviation consultant, or team leader!

You will need to be dynamic and entrepreneurial to work against challenging targets, tight time frames, and sometimes complex requirements.

What you'll be doing:

1. Sourcing and selecting candidates using internal and external tools such as internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and other third-party platforms.
2. Creating, placing, and managing job ads through various platforms including aviation websites and LinkedIn groups/networks.
3. Building your network with candidates and airline operators to obtain recommendations, new business, and industry insights.
4. Maintaining excellent communication with your candidate community, from initial inquiries and pre-screening to document collation/verification and telephone interviews.
5. Managing the logistics of assessment centres globally, coordinating candidates and clients across several continents throughout the recruitment process.
6. Nurturing client relationships with support from your team, ensuring success and building towards your monthly bonus!
7. Providing an exceptional candidate experience through internal values, including competitions, surveys, social networking, and events.
8. Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

What you'll need:

1. Fluent written and spoken English.
2. Excellent IT skills; competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
3. Good work ethic.
4. Ability to respond well to tough targets.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Effective communication skills with internal staff at all levels.
