Job summary

Roundhouse Recruitment is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant (Engineering) in Bristol. You’ll join early in the build, receive intensive one-to-one training, and gain access to industry-leading training, uncapped earning potential and clear progression toward leadership.

You’ll work directly with the founder to develop relationships with engineering businesses, source candidates, and build a successful recruitment desk from day one.

Roundhouse Recruitment was founded by a recruiter who achieved the highest performance records as both a consultant and a manager in his previous company's history. Now, he's building his own team and looking for ambitious individuals who want to follow a similar path.

You’ll work directly alongside the founder, receiving intensive one-to-one training in recruitment, sales psychology, negotiation and winning new business. You’ll learn the skills, techniques and processes behind building a highly profitable recruitment desk, with the guidance and support to put them into practice.

What you’ll do

• Build your own specialist recruitment desk, developing a strong understanding of your market and clients.
• Work towards performance targets while developing the commercial skills required to become a successful recruitment consultant.
