Job summary

GH Engage in Bromley is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding office. You’ll leverage your ability to build relationships, win business and deliver results while developing your own desk in the Built Environment market.

You’ll work with an experienced leadership team and have direct support from the Founder, with opportunities to progress as the Bromley office grows and to mentor newer recruiters.

We’re growing our presence in Bromley and are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our new office.

This is an opportunity for recruiters who already know how to build relationships, win business and deliver results, but want the opportunity to do more with their experience.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own desk within our established Built Environment market, backed by proven infrastructure, delivery support, marketing and an experienced leadership team.

You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll be joining a business with established markets, strong systems and a clear growth strategy, while having the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of our Bromley office.
