Job summary

Oculus Legal Group is seeking ambitious graduates to join its fast-paced legal recruitment team. You’ll receive structured training, mentoring, and a clear progression path to become a top consultant in the legal market.

You’ll identify and engage candidates for leading UK and international law firms, manage the recruitment process from first contact to offer, and build long-term client relationships while earning competitive base pay and uncapped commission.
