Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the UK. You will receive full on-the-job training to become a Recruitment Consultant within three months and benefit from uncapped commissions, with realistic first-year earnings around 40k.

With three sites and ongoing expansion, you’ll win business across the UK, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and have clear progression opportunities into leadership roles as you develop your career in sales and recruitment.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be completely in charge of your own destiny. Winning business through cold calls with clients across the UK, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and becoming a master of the craft. This will enable you to rapidly progress through our business, with uncapped earning potential along the way.
