Job summary

Ping-HR - Rec2Rec & Sales Recruitment in Watford is seeking Recruitment Consultants at all levels. You will manage recruitment across HR, finance and tech roles, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while building strong client relationships.

The role targets KPIs and personal goals within a supportive, high-performing team on site. Initially, you will be onsite five days a week with a plan to move to hybrid working after probation, offering clear growth within an established agency

• Recruitment experience at any level with no required industry background.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to be onsite 5 days a week initially, then hybrid after probation.
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to succeed in recruitment.

The Role

• Managing the recruitment process across a mix of HR, finance, and tech vacancies

What We're Looking For
