Job summary

Tank Recruitment, based in Cornwall, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to run a 360 desk in a high-demand Tech & Engineering market in Truro. This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary of £27,500 to £40,000 DOE plus uncapped commissions and progression opportunities.

You will identify, map and win new business, build lasting client relationships and source top-tier talent, support junior consultants and represent Tank at events. A full UK driving license is required.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: An established 360 Recruitment Consultant, whether that’s a year or two in, or a proven senior biller, with a track record in any fast‑paced sector: Professional Services, Construction, Finance, Commercial, Education or Healthcare.
• Switching sectors: A Tech or Engineering background is a bonus, not a requirement. We care about your fundamental recruitment capability; if you know how to win business and manage a 360 process, our award‑winning training will bridge the gap on the technical side.
• Drive: Self‑motivated, ambitious and ready to take genuine ownership of your desk.
• Logistics: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
