The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our Stoke Office! This exciting opportunity is to work within our hugely successful and high-performing team of 10 in Stoke, based locally in Hanley. With a well-established and experienced team ranging from Recruitment Consultant to Director Level. As a specialist Consultant working within Education, you will be given the opportunity to manage your own business, delivering first-class recruitment services to your customers.

  • Business Development / Sales – to identify and secure new business and build and develop relationships with clients.
  • Identifying and building partnerships with candidates.
  • Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships with both your clients and candidates.
  • Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews.
  • Generating commercial leads to further develop your industry knowledge and to identify new opportunities and/or candidates.
  • Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
