Are you looking to kickstart your recruitment career with a fantastic agency in the heart of Swindon?

We are working with a client who specialises in the IT sector and has seen consistent success. They have a great office atmosphere and value upbeat individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to engage over the phone.

You will receive expert training from top performers, including billers earning over £500k, who are dedicated to helping new consultants grow and accelerate their careers.

The company operates in both contract and permanent markets using a 180-degree model, focusing on business development. They seek individuals who enjoy opening doors, cold calling clients, and engaging through email campaigns, understanding that different methods work for different people.

Ideally, candidates will have a couple of years of recruitment experience. However, those with a sales background or a strong passion for the industry are also encouraged to apply.

From a financial perspective, the base salary will reflect experience and billings, typically between £25,000 and £30,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures that can be earned from day one.
