Job summary

Right Now Group is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing team in Staines. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary staffing across diverse sectors, building relationships with clients and delivering high-quality candidates.

The role emphasizes sales activity, sourcing top talent, and meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position at our modern Staines office, with a generous commission structure and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or internal recruitment.
• Strong sales ability and track record of meeting targets.
• Experience scheduling workers or coordinating shift patterns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Confident in managing client and candidate relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Work through a sales strategy to convert new clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand recruitment needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Organise interviews and placements, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Provide support to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure timely placement of workers and manage candidate availability.
• Work to achieve set KPIs and targets.
• Use in-house CRM to manage candidate and client information.
• Schedule and coordinate placement of temporary workers in logistics, engineering, and customer service.
• Monitor candidate performance and maintain service levels.

Right Now Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing team!

If you have experience in recruitment, or have worked in internal recruitment, scheduling, or similar roles (e.g., scheduling engineers or temporary workers), then we want to hear from you.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on managing the full recruitment cycle for temporary staffing across a range of industries. This includes warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, HGV drivers, engineers, X-ray screeners, pick and packers, customer service staff, and more. You will build strong relationships with clients, manage their recruitment needs, and help supply quality candidates to meet their workforce demands.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, building relationships with clients through sales activities and sourcing high-quality candidates to meet the needs of a variety of sectors. Your experience with recruitment or internal scheduling will help you thrive in this fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Skills & Experience - Recruitment Consultant

Essential:

• Proven experience in recruitment or internal recruitment.
• Strong sales ability.
• Experience scheduling workers or coordinating shift patterns (e.g., engineers, warehouse staff).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Confident in managing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• A proactive, results-driven approach to recruitment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Previous experience recruiting for logistics, engineering, or warehouse sectors.
• Experience working with temporary staffing solutions.
• Familiarity with the recruitment life‑cycle from start to finish.
