The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a 360 or 180 recruitment role
• Experience recruiting for either temporary and/or permanent roles
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage work loads well
• The willingness to learn and develop your own skills!

Responsibilities include:

• To be able to confidently generate and close new sales opportunities
• Sourcing the best candidates in the market for your clients
• Providing the highest levels of customer services to your candidate pool
• Maintaining and building relationships with new and existing customers
• To understand your client’s business fully and be able to provide a company overview to potential candidates
• Advise and set expectations dependent on the role, job specification and offering
• Managing the full recruitment process from beginning to end
