Experienced Recruitment Consultants:

Basic salary of £27,000 - £29,000.
On-target earnings of £30,000 - £33,000 with commission.

Key Responsibilities:
Full 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.Business Development: Proactively identify and win new clients within the driving and industrial industries.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and assess suitability for various roles.Compliance & Administration: Ensure all workers meet legal and compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks, certifications, and industry standards.Sales & Targets: Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and training.Onboarding & Aftercare: Manage the placement process, ensuring both clients and candidates receive top-quality service and post-placement support.
