Daniel Owen is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Reading team in the Trades & Labour division. The role offers £28k-£32k per annum DOE + OTE earnings and a clear path for long-term career development within a leading built environment recruiter.

You will build relations with clients, source skilled candidates, and manage recruitment support activities across temporary roles, shaping successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Daniel Owen is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Reading team, an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Working within our Trades & Labour division, you will recruit for a range of roles, building strong relationships with clients, helping them secure the talent they need.

Your Impact as a Recruitment Consultant

• Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify, develop and maintain client relationships.
• Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications, experience and career goals for temporary opportunities within the Trades & Labour sector.
• Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.
• Temporary Recruitment: Support the team with temporary Trades & Labour recruitment, helping to match high-quality candidates to suitable roles.
• Client Relationships: Build strong working relationships with new and existing clients, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
