Are you a successful recruiter tired of working in an 8-8 office environment? Would you like to work in a company that values work-life balance?

Ronald James Group is seeking an experienced recruiter with over 2 years of experience who wants to do something different from traditional 360 recruitment roles with high-pressure selling.

We have moved away from traditional methods (no cold calls), utilizing new-era strategies! You will only make warm calls that are pre-booked or arranged by our talented team.

Who are you?

• An outstanding Recruiter striving to be the best
• Interested in and understanding of digital trends or eager to learn
• Experience in the IT sector (not essential, but a plus)
• At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience

What will you be doing?

• Source candidates and place them into roles, supported by our talent acquisition team
• Manage your diary and call pre-booked candidates
• Build relationships and organize your own candidate calls
• Work on various account-managed positions
