Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant in the UK. You will own a desk, manage client relationships, source candidates and placements, and drive revenue growth.

The role combines sales and recruitment responsibilities with a clear path to progression, offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and a supportive team environment.

Salary:

£28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

HRGO Recruitment is looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and grow their own desk. This is a highly sales focused role suited to someone who thrives on business development, targets and relationship building. We also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills, particularly those with a strong sales or business development background who are looking to move into recruitment.
