The Role: Recruitment Consultant – Optical Division

You’ll manage your own optical recruitment desk, helping a diverse range of clients across your region fill roles from entry-level to senior professionals. This is a 360-recruitment role with full autonomy and support, where your efforts directly impact your success.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing client vacancies, bookings, and expectations across your region
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing top-tier talent using the latest candidate generation techniques
• Driving your desk forward with energy, creativity, and commercial flair

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales or recruitment experience
• Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence
• A relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A resilient, self-motivated achiever with a serious appetite for success
