Andersen James Group is growing its Manchester team and recruiting 2–3 people to join our expanding recruitment operation. You’ll learn the full 360° recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with candidates and clients while targeting ambitious performance and career progression.

No experience is strictly required as we will train you; drive and determination are the key differentiators in this role, with a path from Associate through to Partner in a meritocratic environment.

Andersen James (AJ) is a fast-growing global recruitment specialist operating in some of the world's most in-demand sectors: data centres, renewable energy, civil infrastructure, and construction. We're expanding rapidly, and we're looking for 2–3 people to join our Manchester team and grow with us.

What you'll actually be doing:

Recruitment is a sales job. It's also a people job. You'll be on the phone, building relationships with candidates and clients, matching exceptional talent to high-impact roles across our core sectors. You'll learn the full 360° recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and winning clients, to managing the entire hiring process end-to-end.

You might be a recent graduate who's hungry and hasn't found a role that matches your ambition yet. You might have a year or two in sales and want something with more earning potential and clear progression. You might be a former athlete who's competitive to your core and knows how to show up every day.

What we need from you:

• A genuine hunger to be great, not just good
• Willing to put in the hours
• Sales experience or a background that proves you can handle rejection and keep going
• Strong communication skills: on the phone, in person, in writing

• Based in (or able to commute to) Manchester
