Job summary

Nter Talent in Manchester is looking for 4 ambitious people to start a serious career in recruitment. You’ll join our Global Recruitment Training Programme for 3 months, working directly with our Co-Founder, Kirk Evans, and learning the full recruitment process as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

We operate UK, Europe and USA markets, offer uncapped commission up to 30%, and you’ll develop the ability to adapt, learn quickly and deliver on what you promise.

Qualifications

• No fancy CV required; attitude matters.
• You will need to learn quickly and be prepared to put in the hard work.
• You’ll be supported to develop into a confident recruitment consultant.

We’re looking for 4 ambitious people to join our team and build a serious career in recruitment.

For your first 3 months, you’ll join our Global Recruitment Training Programme, working directly with our Co-Founder, Kirk Evans.

You’ll gain exposure to:

You’ll learn the full recruitment process, develop your skills as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, work across different markets and industries and experience how recruitment differs across the globe.

Then comes the exciting bit...

Once you’ve completed the programme, you won’t simply be placed into a random team.

We’ll assess where your strengths are, what markets suit you best and where you have the greatest opportunity to succeed — and place you into the Nter Talent team that best fits your skill set.
