What Youll Be Doing

• On-site presence with a key logistics client in Lutterworth
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent logistics positions
• Cultivating strong relationships with site managers and candidates
• Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Providing daily client support to ensure efficient staffing solutions
