Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment in Loughborough is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Based from our Loughborough office, you will service and develop clients across the East Midlands, including Daventry and surrounding areas.

You will identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits and meetings, build lasting relationships, manage campaigns and advertise vacancies, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role with a proven track record.

At Stafforce we are passionate about people and are looking for a driven, ambitious, and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Loughborough team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for servicing and developing clients across The East Midlands area including Daventry and the surrounding areas while being based from our Loughborough office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, developing, and maximising new business opportunities.
• Conducting client visits, sales meetings, service reviews, drop-ins, and business development calls.
• Building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintaining accurate client and candidate records, ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and company procedures.
• Supporting business growth through excellent service delivery and proactive sales activity.
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve branch and regional objectives
